UWA celebrates Novel Prize winners

Professor Barry Marshall, a UWA graduate and researcher and his associate Emeritus Professor Robin Warren were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in late 2005 for their role in discovering the bacterium Heliobacter pylon and how it causes gastric cancer.
